One of the most common problems a business deals with is loss of inventory, otherwise known as "shortage". It is well known that employees account for the largest portion of "shortage", but is it due to intentional acts of maliciousness, or a lack of systematic accountability? I would argue that just as much loss of inventory can be attributed to poor storage, lack of accountability, leave behind, etc... Together with a coach, you can put into place a system that keeps track of inventory-- from purchase to consumption-- so that your bottom line is determined by your quality of work rather than a shortage of budget.
