Effective brand management is heavily dependant on your Unique Selling Proposition, or USP, for short. What is it that makes you unique? How do you display that uniqueness in your product or service? Is it sustainable? All these questions and more go into proper Brand Development. Without it, what makes you different from your competitors who didn't make it as far as you have?
