Preparing Your Business for the Next Generation

Original Media Source: Inside Business Business Profile: Name: Private Industry: Construction Years in Business: 23 Location: Hampton Roads, VA Problem: Our business has gotten to the point now where it is a not only profitable, but also positioned to continue its growth for the next decade or more. I am now reaching a time in my life where I need to consider a transition from the owner/operator to a more secondary and/or advisory role for my children, who then can run the business. What do I need to do to make this transition comfortable for everyone involved, including my family, my employees and customers? Wanda Lebray

"Fred, I just wanted to drop a note to let you know how much your coaching has helped me to organize my business and work more efficiently. I have began to implement and incorporate some of the processes and strategies that we discussed and not only I'm I getting excited about the change and the potential for growth, my team members are too. You've helped me re-direct my focus on the 4-main phases of my company that the business owner needs in place to operate and become more profitable. Your coaching was done in a teachable manner and not judgmental. Therefore, I am very appreciative!!!
Without a doubt, I will recommend you to all business owners. In addition, I will keep you posted on my successes and accomplishments. Again, thank you so much.

In addition, a special performance by Plan B Improv during intermission is sure to have the attendees begging for more. It is...
