Frederick West III, “Coach West” – Owner/ Business Coach – Enterprise Solutions International
Coach West was raised in an entrepenuer family and has worked in sales, bookeeping, operations, and labor since the age of 10. Over the last 15 years, he has served in various assignments in several industries including: retail, real estate, financial services, marketing, sales management, project management, government contracting, consulting, and event planning. In addition, he has furthered his education to include college acredited programs focusing on Marketing, Communications, Economics, Retail Operations, and Business Mathmatics.
Coach West has the unique asset of cross-experience from entry level employee all the way up to Owner/Operator. His passion for coaching comes from his deep desire to see others around him to become prosperous and reach their full potential.

He is a published author, and has a regular business advice column in Inside Business of Hampton Roads called "The Business Chalkboard". Some of his community projects include coaching Pop Warner football, and he founded and commissioned the Youth Christian Flag Football League, based in Yorktown, Va. He has also served as a Keynote speaker in many leadership and sales training workshops and community events, as well as teaching local elementary and high school students about financial discipline and personal development.
