ESI was founded in 2009, and meant to be a multi-faceted business resource company for growing and established businesses. Our slogan, "Get Your Business Working For You", was developed to reflect on one of the most common obstacles that business owners deal with today: The overwhelming dependence that a business develops on it's owner and/or managers for it to function or grow.
To help reduce this dependency, we have developed systems in these FOUR areas to help facilitate a business in achieving independence:
- Vision - Knowing what path the business is trying to grow towards
- Team Building - Motivating and developing your team to move towards that vision
- Operations - Putting together the system it will use to achieve that vision
